Scope

The City of Fenton is considering a variance request for a new single-family dwelling at 217 W. Shiawassee Ave. The request seeks to reduce front yard setbacks on W. Shiawassee Ave. and Park St., and rear yard setbacks on W. Elizabeth St., from the standard twenty-five and thirty-five foot requirements to 11.5, 7.7, and 13.5 feet respectively, due to the MDR zoning designation.
