Scope

This work involves providing regulatory oversight, permit review, inspection, and enforcement related to scrap tire management, including generator identification, dealer permits, tire carrier permits, tire sorter permits, processor permits, and beneficial reuse project approvals, as well as managing a grant program for tire abatement and recycling.
