The Memphis and Shelby County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking a team of transportation planners, engineers, landscape architects, and local artists to assist seven North Memphis neighborhoods in redefining their relationship with Interstate 40 and develop solutions including pedestrian and bike infrastructure, bridge improvements, and green space creation.
