2. Scope of Services. Consultant shall provide the professional services described in the City’s Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and Consultant’s Response to City’s RFP (the “Proposal”). A copy of said RFP and Proposal is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference. The previous Quote Form stated May 9, 2026 as the June 9, 2026. The correct Quote Form is attached.
