DOC2503 - DOC Headquarters - Roof Replacement, Milford, MA. The Project work consists of replacement of the roof assembly at the Department of Correction Headquarters. Work includes removal of existing ballasted EPDM roof assembly and replacement with EPDM membrane or thermoplastic membrane for the office tower, warehouse and connector totaling approximately 164,000 square feet.
