Scope

This RFP is seeking approximately 18,500 square feet of Usable Area, but DCAMM would consider space of 15,000 to 20,000 of Communication Center, Office, and Classroom space in Pittsfield for a 10-year term. The premises sought through this RFP will house a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for State 911 and Office Space.
