Request for Qualifications - Construction Management at Risk Services - Richer Elementary

Scope

The project consists of a new ~161,800 square-foot school at the site of the existing Raymond C. Richer Elementary School, plus all associated sitework, to include the demolition of the existing Richer School. Project will be a multi-phased effort with the existing Richer Elementary School remaining in operation throughout construction of the new building.
