Scope

RFP # FY27-TM-RFP-01 The Town of Lunenburg seeks proposals for the disposition of the property located at 925 Massachusetts Avenue. The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals to redevelop the site either by renovation of the existing building or construction of a new building. This redevelopment will contribute to the goals of the Town to promote economic development within the Town Center.
