Scope

To provide education and training, capacity building, and leadership development capacity across the agency Category 2 - MassAbility requires consultant support, sometimes informed and/or delivered by subject matter experts, to support the design, implementation, and coordination of program and/or agency specific initiatives to increase capacity in targeted areas.
