Scope
This project consists of providing design services and construction of a pre-engineered metal structure with climate control. The minimum square footage is 3,000 with minimum dimensions of 50ft x 60ft. If costs permit the structure may increase in size not to exceed 5,600 sf with dimensions specified by the State.
