PROJECT OVERVIEW. The Monroe Board of Education, located at 375 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, Connecticut, is seeking qualified contractors to renovate the Masuk High School Softball Field to bring the playing surface into compliance with current CIAC (Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference) regulations, as set by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS).
