Masonary Repair Hourly Rate Bid

Scope

Hourly labor rate for an experienced Masonry Contractor with one helper to provide concrete, stucco, stone, and brick maintenance and repair to all Winthrop Town Buildings, structures, walls and walkways from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Regular Maintenance and non-emergency repairs will be scheduled and repaired within 1 week of the service request.
