The Town of Wolcott is seeking bids by engineering firms to design the replacement of two (2) culverts: Culvert ID 5-25 on Marsh Rd and Culvert ID 9-6 on Town Hill Rd in Wolcott, VT. This is a FEMA funded project. Please bid on each culvert separately. Bids should be itemized and include fees and time for obtaining all permitting; carry wetland delineation.
