The Contractor shall be responsible for transporting the MWWTF Residuals from the MWTTF to their point of disposal, which shall be a fully-permitted facility, as more fully described in the Contract Documents. The Residuals are the sludge generated at the MWWTF and may include other materials including grease, grit and screenings.
