Lease of Municipal Real Estate for Wireless Communications Facilities

Scope

Lease a portion of town owned land for the purpose of erecting, operating and maintaining one wireless communications monopole facility. Town of Scituate is soliciting sealed proposals to lease a portion of Town-owned land for the purpose of erecting, operating and maintaining one wireless communications monopole facility and related equipment for a term of up to twenty (20) years.
