Scope

This RFP is seeking approximately 1,000 square feet of Usable Area, but DCAMM would consider space of 400 to 2,000 of Retail Space in Holyoke or Springfield for a 1-year term with an option to extend up to 10 years. The premises sought through this RFP will house a recruitment center for the Massachusetts National Guard recruitment activities in the southeast region of Massachusetts.
