Scope

The City of Springfield (hereinafter "City") is seeking proposals, in the form of bids, from qualified and experienced Prospective Consultants to provide services for the hiring of a permanent Deputy Chief of Fire through an internal promotional process using an Assessment Center that complies with Massachusetts.
