Scope

30 B, § 16, the Town of Marion seeks competitive proposals for the lease of a portion of Town-owned real property consisting of the capped landfill located on Assessors Map 24, Parcel 9, for the construction, operation, maintenance, and eventual removal of a third-party-owned ground-mounted solar photovoltaic facility, together with associated access rights and easements.
