No Bid Deposit Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Prior to Bid submission, jar testing must be performed on site in the SWPCA Lab, building 11, located at 111 Harbor View Avenue. The dates of August 25th through 27th, September 1st through 3rd, and September 8th through 10th are currently being held for bidders to perform their trials.
