Scope

30 B, is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for printing, processing, and mailing of municipal billing notices, including Real Estate, Personal Property, Trash, Sewer, and Boat Excise bills. The IFB is available as of August 24, 2026, for download at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx . A contract may be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total bid.
