The project consists of the renovation of vacant Unit 1 at Dickinson Court (667-04), 15 Liberty Street, Easthampton, MA, to provide an ADA & MAAB accessible unit. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the EASTHAMPTON HOUSING AUTHORITY.
