Scope

Prequalification for trade work related to North End Community Center project consists of the demolition of the existing Mirabella Pool facility and the construction of a new 4story, BCYF community center. Project also includes an aquatic facility with two new pools. Project is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification and Net Zero Ready performance.
