The Town of Hopkinton, acting through Hopkinton Youth & Family Services (HYFS) and funded through the Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT) SAMHSA grant program, invites written quotes from qualified human services public relations, marketing, and communications consultants/vendors to design and deploy a multimodal public awareness and stigma reduction campaign.
