Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to Provide Financial (Municipal) Advisory Services

Scope

The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) requests a Statement of Qualifications from firms interested in providing financial (municipal) advisory services to the MSBA for note and bond sales, as well as other debt management related projects. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will result in the qualification of multiple firms based on responses to this RFQ.
