Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) 3-Acre Adoption

Scope

The Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking applications from eligible Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) communities who have assumed or will assume responsibility for local three-acre sites and integrate(d) the three-acre sites into their MS4 permit. MS4 adoption of three-acre sites will provide financial and technical assistance to three-acre sites.
