The vehicle will be sold, if at all, to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the vehicle described in this notice and on the auction site listing. Upon winning the auction, the winning bidder shall be required to submit a signed non-collusion form to the Town of Natick prior receipt of the vehicle.
