The City of Burlington, Department of Public Works, Water Re of Qualifications (SO Qs) from qualified environmental engineering, wastewater compliance, and industrial pretreatment consulting firms to provide on-call technical support services associated with the development, implementation, and long-term operation of the City’s Industrial Pollution Prevention Program (IPPP).
