Scope

The MBTA is establishing a pool of qualified operators to provide turnkey replacement shuttle bus services, including vehicles, drivers, and supervision, for planned and emergency subway, commuter rail, and bus service disruptions. The two-year contract is estimated at approximately $120 million, with work distributed among multiple awarded vendors across various shuttle service projects.
