The City of Gloucester is seeking Expressions of Interest for a long-term lease of 65 Rogers Street. The City seeks creative, financially feasible development concepts that build upon ongoing public investment in Gloucester's waterfront and downtown, strengthen the City's unique waterfront industrial economy, and enhance Gloucester as both a working harbor and a cultural and visitor destination.
