The Lowell Housing Authority invites proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing NSPIRE Inspection Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). An initial one-year contract shall be awarded to the vendor offering the most advantageous proposal taking price into consideration.
