This RFP is seeking approximately 15,600 square feet of Usable Area, but DCAMM would consider space of 15,000 to 16,200 of Client/Customer Service Office in Attleborough, Berkley, Carver, Dighton, Foxborough, Lakeville, Mansfield, Middleborough, Norton, North Attleborough, Plainville, Plymouth, Raynham, Rehoboth, Seekonk, Taunton, or Wrentham for a 10-year term.
