Scope

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Mental Health (DMH, hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract with one company that can provide services and support the State in meeting the responsible gaming and problem gambling objectives. Vermont signed Bill H127 in June of 2023 legalizing sports wagering in the state.
