This Invitation to Bid will cover the State of Connecticut’s requirements for low-toxicity paints, coatings, thinners and removers in accordance with Connecticut General Statute 4a-67h and the specifications described in this ITB. Products must be suitable for application to new or previously painted wood, stucco, drywall, masonry, concrete, metal, asphalt, grass and synthetic turf surfaces.
