Scope

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to elicit the advice and best analysis of knowledgeable persons in the vendor community to assist the Massachusetts Environmental Police ("MEP") in understanding the current marketplace for statewide towing and recovery services and to inform the development of a possible future Request for Responses (RFR) or Request for Quotes (RFQ).
