The contractor shall provide DPW with a proposed work schedule and shall notify DPW at least one (1) day prior to beginning work. All work shall be completed by January 31, 2027. No work shall take place when the Highway Department is actively conducting winter operations or during inclement weather conditions that, in the Town’s determination, would make the work unsafe or impractical.
