The State is now seeking applications from the 28 Solid Waste Management Entities (SWM Es) who have an approved Solid Waste Implementation Plan for the reimbursement of 41% of HHP collection costs. Up to $1,500,000 total is available to SWM Es for a portion of costs incurred. All costs incurred must happen between January 1, 2027 and December 31, 2027.
